As first-time sellers, my husband and I were initially intimidated by the process. Our “To Do” lists read like one of the Harry Potter books. But then Jenna came into our lives. We got to an item on our list that said, “GET COOL PERSON TO HELP SELL OUR HOME AND MAKE US MONEY”. So, naturally, we called Jenna and it was like we unleashed magic from our fingertips. Well, really, her fingertips.

Here’s how the magic went down - Upon meeting up with her to discuss selling, she didn’t talk down to me after telling her, “We don’t have a clue about this whole process...”, in fact, she came prepared with a calming and professional demeanor.
Next, she will not BS you. If Jenna doesn’t know, she will tell you, “I don’t know, but I’ll have an answer for you shortly.” She is as prepared as a professional in the field can be for any questions and concerns. And boy, will she go to bat for you! She truly has your best interest at heart. I can confidently say, if Dentists were half as courteous, as professional, as honest and responsive as Jenna- I’d make dental appointments every week. She turned what felt like a list as long as a Harry Potter book into simple Cliff Notes that became less intimidating with every piece of advice she offered. Jenna keeps things realistic (which means we had to drop our goal of making billions and settle for a little less). In fact, it wasn’t just good advice, it was great advice.
Let me tell you, I hate surprises, and hate being blindsided by negative situations. Jenna was like a “Serrina Whisperer”. She kept me calm after being hit by a few surprises. I thought to myself, “I must learn this Jedi Mind Trick”, but it wasn’t trickery. It was Jenna’s sincerity and her quick response to our concerns that kept me calm. Basically, she took care of things right away.
